It is our goal that you will be satisfied with your experience with the “Humanizing the Learning Experience” course. It is also our goal to provide the best training for the instructional designer which empowers our participants to excel and bring added value to their work, workplace and/or business endeavor. We do understand, though, that issues happen outside your control.
With this in mind, our refund policy is as follows:
1. A refund request must be made in writing only. You can do this via either of the email addresses shown on the home page (in the upper right hand corner) and must be accompanied with the confirmation receipt of your payment of registration. We will acknowledge your request.
2. You may request a
up to ten (10) days
after paying for access (registration) to the course launch page,
provided you have not yet accessed the course and/or the worksheet materials via the password provided
3. Any request for a refund
beyond ten (10) days
of your access (registration) is restricted based on one of the following:
A refund of 50% will be provided,
if you have not
accessed any of the course and/or worksheet materials.
b. A refund of 25% will be provided,
if you have not exceeded access to the course and/or worksheet materials beyond Module 4
The Instructional Design Institute (IDI) will process the refund, based on either item #2 or #3 (a or b) above, as soon as possible. But, in any case, the refund will be paid within 30 calendar days of the day on which the refund request was confirmed by IDI via email.
